Important Information
Where possible we will always ship your orders the same day they are received, if received before 1'oclock. We will normally send your order to you by the next business day.
In some cases our stock may be out on some products and your purchase may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered - this is only rare circumstances but we do believe it's best to inform our customers, but please be assured that the majority of our orders are sent out the day we receive them.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
